Welcome
to Math 100 Elementary Algebra
The
prereguisite for this course is Math 30 Pre-Algebra with a grade of C or better, or eligibility as determined by the assessment process.
Math 100, Elementary Algebra, contains the fundamental concepts and operations
of algebra with problem solving and critical thinking skills incorporated throughout.
Topics include:
- Operations
on integers
- Operations
on polynomials
- Equations
- Graphing
linear equations
- Systems
of equations
- Factoring
- Rational
expressions and equations
- Radical
expressions and equations
- Solving quadratics
equations
Upon
completion of this course you will be eligible to enroll in
Math 125 or Math 120 Intermediate Algebra or Math 112 Geometry.
There will be three types of assignments for this course:

Pencil and Paper Assignments
By taking this course online, you will have the ability to participate in active
